The National Center for Nanoscience and Technology(NCNST) of China is co-founded by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Ministry of Education . It is a subsidiary non-profit organization of CAS which enjoys full financial allocations with a status of independent non-profit legal entity.

Lambda950 UV/VIS/NIR Spectrometer

Function and Application:

The UV/VIS/NIR spectrum can be obtained from a solid /liquid/film sample with Lambda 950the application methods Includes: Scan/Time drive/Wavelength program/ Wavelength quant/Scanning quant/ Polarization scan. There are two accessories for Lambda 950the Universal Reflectance Accessory (URA) and 150 integrating sphere . The URA is a variable angle specular reflectance measuring module, can be used to collect absolute or relative reflectance measurements with an angle of incidence in the range 8º - 68º and utilizing wavelengths between 3100 nm - 190 nm. The 150mm integrating sphere is an internal diffuse reflectance accessory, can be used to collect total and diffuse reflectance of both specular and diffuse samples, utilizing wavelengths between 2500 nm - 200 nm.
