SNSMIL (Shot Noise based Single Molecule Identification and Localization)

What is SNSMIL

SNSMIL is a cross-platform software aims at image analysis in photoswitching microscope including photoactivated localization microscope (PALM), stochastic optical reconstruction microscope (STORM), direct stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy (dSTORM), etc.. SNSMIL is an accurate and fast 2-dimensions and 3-dimensions (under development) real-time image analysis software based on Graphic Processing Unit (GPU).

Licence

SNSMIL is released under a BSD license, it is free for both academic and commercial use.

Hardware Requirements

SNSMIL needs a computer equipped Nvidia CUDA-enabled graphics card with compute capability 2.0 or higher. To determine compute capability of a Nvidia graphics card, please refer http://developer.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-gpus.
