The Key Laboratory for Biomedicall Effects of Nanomaterials and Nanosafety at the Joint Lab of IHEP and NCNST seeks applications for professor position in its Division of Nanobioeffect and Nanosafety Research.
This Laboratory has been designed to integrate Nanoscience and Medical research, with a strong emphasis on cancer prevention. Ongoing projects focus on development and validation of nanotechnology-based nanomaterials in cancer prevention research, and on chemoprevention trials. Biological and Chemical analysis is a major priority; prior experience or relevant training preferable. Cancer sites of interest currently include prostate, liver and breast.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. or equivalent with very influent English (speaking and writing). Successful candidate will join an energetic multi-disciplinary team that includes other chemists, cellular and molecular biologists, physicians, pharmacologists, toxicologists and nanomaterial engineers. Excellent opportunities for independent research, publication, new laboratory facilities and academic advancement.
