
LS55 Fluorescence/Phosphorescence/Bioluminescence Spectrometer
Function and Application:
Thefluorescence/phosphorescence spectrum can be obtained from a solid/liquid/film sample and bioluminescence from a bioluminescent sample with LS55. The application methods include: Scan/Single Read/Time drive/Concentration. The Scan Application- A simple data collection package for single scans, 3D scans, kinetic scans and accumulation scans of luminescence measurements (fluorescence, phosphorescence and bioluminescence). The Single Read Application - A simple data collection package for intensity, concentration, polarization, or anisotropy measurements at fixed wavelengths. The Time Drive application enables time-dependent luminescence measurements (fluorescence, phosphorescence and bioluminescence) to be made at fixed wavelengths, with defined intervals over a specified period of time. The Concentration application enables you to perform routine quantitative charactrization of unknown samples.
