Qualification:
1) Adherence to research ethics and academic norms.
2) Ph.D. degree obtained within the last three years (recent graduates must have met doctoral dissertation defense requirements at the time of application).
3) Under 35 years of age.
4) Outstanding innovative research achievements and strong scientific potential.
5) Full-time commitment and transfer of personnel affiliation to NCNST.
