On November 17, 2025, a delegation from Cambridge University Press, led by Prof. David Haddleton, Executive Editor of the Cambridge Materials journal series, visited the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, China (NCNST).

Prof. Zhiyong Tang, Director of NCNST, hosted the meeting. Prof. Haddleton presented his research on real-time monitoring of polymerization reactions using benchtop NMR technology. Dr. Liz Dunn, Global Head of STM Journals at Cambridge University Press, introduced their new materials science journals and open access publishing.

The visit enhanced mutual understanding and laid groundwork for potential future collaboration between NCNST and Cambridge University Press.
