In collaboration with ChinaNanomedicine 2026, we are pleased to announce a themed collection on advancing health through nanotechnology with Nanoscale, Nanoscale Advances and RSC Pharmaceutics. The goal of the conference is to provide a high-level platform for academic exchange in basic research, translational development, and clinical applications of nanomedicine. This themed collection welcomes contributions that cover these aspects, whether specifically presented at the conference or not. Areas of interest include but are not limited to:
1. AI-Enabled Nanomedicine Development and Safety Assessment
2. Cancer Therapeutics: Smart Responsiveness, Combined Therapy and Clinical Translation of Nanomedicines
3. Nanotechnology Innovations: Precision Diagnostics, Repair and Regeneration, Tracing and lmaging, lmmunotherapies and Treatment of Inflammatory Diseases
4. Nanomedicine Innovation: Multifunctional Polymers, Macromolecular Drugs and Intelligent Inorganic Materials
5. Intelligent Delivery Systems: Brain Delivery, Nanoparticles and Hydrogels, Nucleic Acids and Polymers
6. Novel Adjuvants, Vaccines and lmmunomodulation
7. Nanotechnology and Traditional Medicine
8. Regulatory Science for Bio-Nanotechnology and Nanomedicine

Submissions to the collection should fit within the scope of Nanoscale, Nanoscale Advances or RSC Pharmaceutics. We invite authors to select the journal that best suits their submission. Please see the journal webpages for more information on the journals’ scopes, standards, article types and author guidelines.
We strongly encourage authors to submit original research. However, if you wish to submit a Review article do get in touch with the Editorial Office and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you would like to contribute to this themed collection, you can submit your article directly to the online submission system for the selected journal on the submissions platform. Please mention that this submission is a contribution to the "ChinaNanomedicine 2026: Advancing Health through Nanotechnology" collection in the "Themed issues" section of the submission form and add a "Note to the Editor" that this is from the Open Call.
