Laboratory of Standardizationand Measurement for Nanotechnology, founded in 2009, aims at the basic research related to measurement science and standardization for nanotechnology, including the development of sensitive, precise, in-situ and real-time measurement schemes at nanoscale, the improvement of the measurement accuracy in nano-manufacturing, and the establishment of metrological traceability procedures, as well as the international and national standards for testing the physicaland chemical properties of nanomaterials.
