Education and Professional Experience:
Yuan Gao received his B.S. from Nanjing University in 2005. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2011 from Brandeis University under the supervision of Prof. Bing Xu. Before starting his independent research at National Center for Nanoscience and Technology in November 2015, he was a postdoctoral fellow with Prof. Bing Xu at Brandeis University during 2011-2013 and with Dr. Ferenc Horkay at NIH during 2013-2015. Along with the fundamental research in Supramolecular Chemistry and Drug Delivery, his work was recognized by several awards including NRC RAP Award.
