Education and Professional Experience:

Dr. Rong Yang is a professor of National Center for Nanoscience and Technology of China (NCNST). Dr. Yang received her PhD from Ohio University, USA in 2006. After that she worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science in University of Minnesota from 2006 to 2007. She joined NCNST since 2008. She is working on the interdisciplinary research linking materials, chemistry, biology and physics. She is currently working on the designing and developing multi-functional nanomaterials for human and environmental health applications. She has published 65 papers in international high-level academic journals.
