Education and Professional Experience:

Hui ZHANG worked at the Aerospace Research Institute of Materials and Processing Technology from 1998 to 2002, primarily engaged in research on preparation processes and properties of polymer-based thermal protection ablative composites. In 2006, he earned his Doctor of Engineering degree from the Institute of Composite Materials at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He joined the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology in 2006, with his main research focus on applications of polymer nanocomposites.
