Education and Professional Experience:
Dr. Qiang Zheng is a principal investigator in National Center for Nanoscience and Technology (NCNST) in Beijing, China. He obtained his bachelor degree in 2006 in geochemistry from Department of Earth Science, Nanjing University, and Ph.D. degree in 2012 in materials physics and chemistry from Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He then worked as an assistant professor in Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Dr. Zheng worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Juri Grin's group in Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids in Dresden, Germany. From 2016 to 2019, he had his postdoctoral research in Materials Science and Technology Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and worked with Dr. Brian Sales and Dr. Miaofang Chi. He joined NCNST in Jan. 2020.
